Laws Support Squatters and Against Home Owners
This is communism on steroids! It may not take long for it to spread to other regions of the nation and perhaps to your own. Police are also part of the issue since they are ineffective because they enforce these Communist regulations. One day, I envision people waking up and using force to drive squatters out, with no one ever knowing.
There was a movie called “Escape from New York” a long time ago. Anyone with common sense would have relocated long ago. It’s time for a movie called “Escape from America.” Never claim that you cannot afford it. You just cannot afford to do otherwise.
Even if Trump prevails in court and is allowed to conduct business in New York City, the value of his real estate would drop. When you think about it, the wealthy are the ones who reside in Trump Towers. His property value will decrease since these folks may relocate quickly. Working-class residents of particular areas observed a decline in the value of their homes for decades as a result of the arrival of a particular class of people—you know who I mean. It’s the wealthy people’s turn now.
Today, renting to anyone is risky as you might end up losing your possessions. Travelling on vacation might be risky as these intruders have taken over properties while their owners are gone. Even if you rent on Airbnb, the guests could pretend to be on vacation and take over your home. In summary, I think Airbnb stock will lose value in time to come. You could run the danger of intruders coming in if you own two properties and occupy one in the warmer months and the other in the winter.

It is only my opinion, but I would advise staying away from those sorts of enterprises. Buying and selling is a superior strategy if you want to stay in the real estate market. However, there’s also a chance in that. Turd world invaders could move in while you are renovating while you are undertaking renovations.
To put it briefly, America is becoming a nation in which property ownership is prohibited.
